10 Quality Assurance Steps in the BCNS Publication Process:
- NOTS is automatically typeset eliminating incorrect data entry
- The character counts of the NOTS and the newly typeset ad are programmatically compared to mitigate errors
- BCNS staff member manually proofs to verify key information
- Ad proof is sent to Trustee Client for verification
- Email Insertion Order sent to newspaper & confirmation of receipt requested
- 24 Hours after order: If BCNS has not received a confirmation of receipt, an automated confirmation reminder is sent to the newspaper
- 48 hours after order- If BCNS has not received confirmation of receipt, then a staff member will conduct manual follow up with newspaper
- BCNS will automatically send "Deadline Matching Report" on newspaper’s publication deadline to ensure timely placement of ad
- On publishing day, "Confirmation & Tearsheet Request" automatically sent
- 7 Days after order: BCNS will conduct manual follow up with all newspapers to secure proof of publication for all final runs
